Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Hangar Academy account and the data tied to it at any time. This works the same whether you use the website or the Android app.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@hangaracademy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Hangar Academy account”.
2. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm you own the account before deleting anything.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

• Your account: email address, password, and your name and photo if you signed in with LinkedIn
• Your course access, lesson progress, quiz and mock exam results, and saved favorites

What we keep

Records of purchases (date, amount and the email used) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us. Website analytics are not linked to your account.
